WATER LILIES

Water lilies grow completely in water, with their blossoms flourishing on top of the water’s surface. The roots of water lilies are edible either raw or cooked, the leaf stalks may also be eaten, and a drink can be made from the flowers. The flowers, seeds, and rhizomes are edible raw or cooked.
