Meal prep for a week!

We all have those weeks ahead of us sometimes where we just know that making time to prepare, cook, and enjoy food all on the same day is just not going to work. On top of that we sometimes rather just hang on the couch for an entire evening instead of spending it in the kitchen. Sometimes we just cannot be bothered. And sometimes we are just in the mood for something quick and easy.

We do not know about you guys, but if you ask us a home cooked meal beats everything else. Of course a meal from any kind of fast food company sounds great every now and then, but nothing beats the smell of a home cooked meal in our own kitchen.

Olivia from Liv's healthy lifestyle on YouTube has given us the perfect solution to our problem. In the video below she tells us how to prep meals for 5 days in only one hour. From smoothies to complete meals, everything is there. That means that no matter how late it gets, how lazy you want to be, or how busy you are, there is always a prepped meal waiting for you.
