Why healthy eating does not mean dieting

One thing that many have probably heard at least once is the misconception people have about healthy eating. You will often hear that others think you are 'dieting' because you choose what you eat carefully. Dieting is not the same as having balance and variety in your daily routine. Healthy eating should never be about taking over your entire life, but is purely a choice of adopting a certain life style.
Changing your habits should never be taken negatively either. If anything, trying new things should only be about the positive aspects such as how it makes you feel and, most importantly eating the things you enjoy most.
Question is: How do you eat healthy? The answer is quite simple. Just eat what you want, when you want it. Do not count the calories or worry about how much fat is in a product, try to purely enjoy anything you like. It seems only fair to express your love for plant-based food just as much as someone else can explain their love for french fries.
On the other hand, if you enjoy some french fries in your diet every now and then, who is going to judge? It is about everything that you, and only you enjoy eating. It is your body after all, so you know best what your body can and cannot take.
